Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Shipping at Buyer’s Risk All items purchased from House of Goals FC are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier (e.g., Canada Post, UPS, FedEx).

2. Limitation of Liability House of Goals FC is not responsible or liable for any lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. We do not provide refunds or replacements for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but are not received by the customer, nor for shipping delays caused by weather, customs, or carrier errors.

3. Address Accuracy It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the package, any subsequent shipping fees incurred to re-send the item are the sole responsibility of the customer.

4. International Shipments For international orders, the buyer is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be applied by the destination country. House of Goals FC is not responsible for any items held or confiscated by customs authorities.
